This year IB Recruitment 2020 Official Notification drive is taking place to fill 2000 IB ACIO Grade-II/ Executive Vacancies.The online registrations for IB ACIO Recruitment 2020 start from 19th December 2020 to 09th January 2021.

IB ACIO 2020 Selection Process
As per the IB ACIO 2020 official notification released by Ministry of Home Affairs for recruitment of ACIO Grade-II/ Executive, the recruitment will take place with the help of online examination and Personal Interview.
- Online Tier 1 Examination (Objective Test).
- Online Tier 2 Examination (Subjective Test).
- Tier 3 Personal Interview
The marks obtained in the Tier 1 Examination (Phase-I) are added for the selection and the marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II) and Interview (Phase-III) are added for the preparation of the final merit list.Final selection will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the all over examination.
IB ACIO Exam Pattern 2020
IB ACIO Exam will comprise of five sections, with a total of 100 marks and total time of 60 minutes has been allotted for this exam.You can go through the exam pattern and number of questions ask in the IB ACIO exam from the table below:-

IB ACIO Tier-III Exam Pattern 2020
- In the Tier-III exam of IB ACIO Interview exam will be conducted by the officials.
Note:- Candidates appearing in interviews may be subject to Psychometric/Aptitude Test which will be a part of interview
Note:-
- The candidate has to appear in Tier-I at one of the 3 centre allotted to him/her out of his choice of three cities. There will be negative marking of ¼ mark for each wrong answer. No marks would be awarded for an un-attempted question.The questions marked as ‘Mark for Review’ by the candidates will not be considered for evaluation.
- In order to achieve qualitative selection & recruit the best available talent, there would be cut-off marks (out of 100) in Tier-I exam as under:
- UR-35, OBC/EWS-34 & SC/ST-33 (all Ex-servicemen would be treated in their own category viz., UR/EWS/OBC/SC/ST)
- On the basis of their performance & normalization of marks in Tier-I exam, candidates would be shortlisted for Tier-II exam at 10 times the number of vacancies, subject to the candidate scoring the minimum cut-off.
- On the basis of their performance & normalization of marks in Tier-I exam, candidates would be shortlisted for Tier-II exam at 10 times the number of vacancies, subject to the candidate scoring the minimum cut-off.
- Based on the combined performance in Tier-I, Tier-II and TierIII/Interview, the candidates would be shortlisted for final selection subject to their Character and Antecedent verification followed by medical examination, etc
